- MAP OUT YOUR SALES PROCESS ON PAPER AND GET ALL STAKEHOLDER TO AGREE (click here to read)
- PLAN YOUR IMPLEMENTATION
- AUTOMATE EVERYTHING THAT YOU CAN THROUGH CONFIGURATION
- IDENTIFY CHAMPIONS FROM EACH OF YOUR BUSINESS SEGMENTS
- GET A GOOD ADMINISTRATION TEAM
- TRAIN YOUR USERS AND WAIT FOR THEM TO LET YOU TRAIN THEM MORE
- ASK FOR IDEAS TO IMPROVE FROM YOUR USERS AND CUSTOMERS AND THEN USE THEIR IDEAS TO IMPROVE THE SYSTEM DRIP BY DRIP
- STOP WHINING AND START CHATTING
- DOCUMENT EVERYTHING IN COMMON LANGUAGE THAT ANYONE CAN UNDERSTAND
